IMPACTS OF CORE TRAINING ON ATHLETES’ PERFORMANCE IN LONG-DISTANCE RUNNING

ABSTRACT Introduction: Long-distance runners cannot achieve training effects by relying only on speed endurance training. Core exercises significantly improve stability, allowing learning of techniques with superior movement efficiency. Several factors that affect the development athletes’ special skills are considered, highlighting their main strengths and working intermediate characteristics. Objective: Verify impacts core performance in long-distance running. Methods: This paper had 18 middle-distance as volunteers for research. The physical conditioning athletic before after were examined. Statistical analyses indicators experimental control groups analyzed based T-test. Results: There significant differences endurance, muscle elasticity, strength, explosive power, stability (P<0.05); results showed between left right legs group (P<0.05). Conclusion: strength exercise is more conducive to exercising a myocardial medium than conventional exercise. can compensate lack regular strength. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
